Healthy Chicken Salad

(serves 4)

Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb chicken breast cooked for this I usually boil and shred
  • 1 cup nonfat plain Greek Yogurt
  • 4 stalks of celery diced
  • 1 tbs garlic powder
  • Salt Pepper to taste
  • Paprika to taste

Instructions
 

  • Mix All Ingredients. Serve in a lettuce wrap.
