  • 1 scoop protein powder
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 2 tbs flax seed
  • 1 tbs almond butter
  • ½ banana

Instructions
 

  • Blend.

Optional: Add: Handful of spinach, Chia seeds, Cacao powder; Berries instead of banana; Avocado instead of almond butter; Unsweetened coconut milk instead of almond milk
