Baked Cheeseburger Bites

lean ground sirloin
no-sugar added ketchup
spicy brown mustard
low fat shredded mozzarella cheese
diced white onion
Preheat oven to 350. Spray an 8 cup muffin tin with nonstick cooking spray.
In a large bowl, combine the ground sirloin, coconut flour, eggs, ketchup, mustard, mozzarella cheese, and onion. Mix the ingredients until just incorporated. Do not over mix
Spoon equal amounts of the mixture into the muffin cups. Bake for 20 minutes or until the internal temp reaches 160.
