Baked Cheeseburger Bites

Ingredients
  

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb lean ground sirloin
  • 2 tbs coconut flour
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 tbs no-sugar added ketchup
  • 2 tsp spicy brown mustard
  • ½ c low fat shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ¼ c diced white onion

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350. Spray an 8 cup muffin tin with nonstick cooking spray.
  • In a large bowl, combine the ground sirloin, coconut flour, eggs, ketchup, mustard, mozzarella cheese, and onion. Mix the ingredients until just incorporated. Do not over mix
  • Spoon equal amounts of the mixture into the muffin cups. Bake for 20 minutes or until the internal temp reaches 160.
  • Serve Hot
