Beef & Broccoli


For the Marinade:

  • c Low Sodium Soy Sauce
  • ½ Lime; Juice of
  • 3 tbsp s, Brown Sugar Packed
  • 2 Tbsp Cornstarch
  • Coarse Kosher Salt
  • Black Pepper - Ground
  • 1 tsp melted coconut oil
  • 1.25 lb s, Beef Flank Steak or sirloin sliced against the grain
  • 3 cloves of garlic minced
  • 1.3 c. Low Sodium Beef Broth
  • 2 tsp Sriracha optional


  • 1 head of broccoli cut into florets
  • Sliced green onions for garnish
  • Sesame seeds for garnish


  • Prepared Cauliflower Rice frozen is easy!


  • In a medium bowl, whisk 1/3 cup soy sauce, lime juice, 1 tablespoon brown sugar, and 1 tablespoon cornstarch until combined. Add steak, season with salt and pepper, and toss until steak is coated. Marinate 20 minutes.
  • In a large skillet over medium-high heat, heat oil. Add steak in a single layer, working in batches if needed, and cook until seared, about 2 minutes per side. Remove steak and set aside.
