Turkey Bites

Ingredients
  

  • 2 lbs lean ground turkey or ground turkey breast
  • 1 cup quick cooking oats
  • 1 small onion chopped
  • 1 c. celery finely chopped
  • **add any other veggies you want to add! mushrooms, spinach, chopped zucchini, cauliflower, broccoli, etc
  • 2 eggs
  • Minced garlic 2 cloves or 1 tbs garlic powder
  • ½ tsp cumin
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 2 tsp black pepper
  • ** feel free to get creative with seasoning!!! Ex: dry mustard chipotle seasoning, italian seasoning, herbs, oregano, thyme….etc.

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375
  • Line baking sheet with foil and spray lightly with cooking spray
  • Mix all ingredients thoroughly in large bowl,
  • Put into muffin cups or Form into 12 small meatballs
  • Bake for 40 minutes
