Chicken Salad on Toast


  • 2 oz cooked chicken breast shredded
  • 2 tbs nonfat plain Greek yogurt
  • c. diced apples
  • ¼ c. diced celery
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • 1 cup spinach
  • 2 slices Whole Wheat Bread
  • Paprika to taste
  • Black pepper to taste


  • Combine all ingredients through garlic powder. Layer spinach on each piece of toast and top with chicken salad. Top with paprika and black pepper.
