Healthy Chicken Salad
(serves 4)
Ingredients
- 1 lb chicken breast cooked for this I usually boil and shred
- 1 cup nonfat plain Greek Yogurt
- 4 stalks of celery diced
- 1 tbs garlic powder
- Salt Pepper to taste
- Paprika to taste
Instructions
- Mix All Ingredients. Serve in a lettuce wrap.
