Baked Cheeseburger Bites

Ingredients
Ingredients:
- 1 lb lean ground sirloin
- 2 tbs coconut flour
- 2 large eggs
- 2 tbs no-sugar added ketchup
- 2 tsp spicy brown mustard
- ½ c low fat shredded mozzarella cheese
- ¼ c diced white onion
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350. Spray an 8 cup muffin tin with nonstick cooking spray.
- In a large bowl, combine the ground sirloin, coconut flour, eggs, ketchup, mustard, mozzarella cheese, and onion. Mix the ingredients until just incorporated. Do not over mix
- Spoon equal amounts of the mixture into the muffin cups. Bake for 20 minutes or until the internal temp reaches 160.
- Serve Hot
